Cupcake Time!

When you found excess flour, 2 eggs, 3/4 tub of butter and a half bottle of fresh milk in the fridge on a lazy afternoon, what would you do with them? Well, MM and Hui Jiejie used them to bake the family's first cupcakes! Since it was their first attempt and with limited resources, they decided to do a simpler recipe - Vanilla Cupcakes.

After the whipping and beating, the batter was ready to enter the next level!

In 20 minutes later, the batter had risen!

What was the final verdict? Mmmm... Not bad for first yet sudden cupcake enthusiats. The cupcakes were moist but quite sweet. Actually Frankie and I are rubbish bins. We like anything that can go straight into our mouths and fill up a corner of our tummies. Let's hope MM and Hui Jiejie will continue with their baking adventure!
