Heaty = Cooling Time

As we kept releasing dark yellow pee pee and I showing more irritation recently, MM decided to stop all supplements and boil us some cooling stuff.

MM ransacked the fridge and found some suitable ingredients to make our cooling herbal drink - dried chrysanthemum and chinese barley. The humans in the family also drink that occasionally, especially when they feel heatiness. Besides having a cooling effect on the body system, Chrysanthemum also detoxifies the blood, calms the nerves and sharpens vision. Chinese barley is said to be more effective than the western barley. In fact, barley is a superb source of dietary fiber. It is high in selenium which is an important antioxidant. It also clears heat and detoxifies.

However, we did not really appreciate the drink. We sipped the drink with enthusiasm but found it not that appealing at all. No matter how MM coaxed us into drinking more, we simply acted blur. That did not deter MM at all. Being resourceful, MM made jelly out of the herbal drink. Hmmm.... Wynn Wynn and I LOVE the QQ and cold cold jelly! Too bad it did not taste sweet at all. *We wish we wish...*
